Admission Requirements

Graduate Programs

1. Transcript of Records
   
2. Qualifying Exam
   
3. Permit to study, if employed in the government
   
4. Certificate of employment indicating work schedule, if employed in a private company
   
5. Transfer credentials and/or TOR with special order, if graduate

Bachelor Programs
Applicants to any of the curriculum programs of the institute must:

1. be a High School graduate
   
2. have passed the College Admission Test
   
3. have passed the College Personal Interview
   
4. have an average grade of at least 85% in English and Math (for CAS and  CED)
   
5. be physically and mentally fit, as duly certified by the School Physician
   
6. have an application form.Click

For Freshmen

1. High School card (Form 138)
   
2. Certification of good moral character duly signed by School Principal or Registrar
   
3. Result of College Admission Test
   
4. Authenticated Birth Certificate

For Transferee Students

1. Certification of Honorable Dismissal
   
2. True copies of grades, Transcript of Record from school last attended
   
3. Result of College Admission test
   
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character

Old Students

1. Curriculum checklist properly filled-out with grades in all the subjects taken
   

Qualifications for Short-Term Courses

1. Can read and write
   
2. High School graduate with knowledge in basic computer (computer programs)
